Oh My Glasses Choose NetSuite Solutions to Drive its Omnichannel Commere Business
FREMONT, CA: NetSuite Co. Ltd. The Japanese subsidiary of NetSuite announces that Oh My Glasses – an eyeglass e-commerce business platform, is implementing NetSuite capabilities to support its mission crititcal business processes including accounting, inventory management, order management, purchasing and customer relationship management (CRM) to support its omnichannel commerce business and deliver enhancements to grow their business rapidly.
Oh My Glasses is a Japan-based ecommerce eyewear website that sells glasses online. Currently, its existing systems including accounting software and File Maker are limiting the visibility into sales and inventory across its e-commerce, retail and wholesale distribution channels. The implementation of NetSuite provides Oh My Glasses with the real-time insights into inventory, sales and financial data which were previously missing. The company can now able to offer products from any channel at the single price.
With NetSuite, Oh My Glasses will analyze and utilize purchasing data from its ecommerce site and transit that information to the distribution channels. Its customers can order and receive eyewear whenever and wherever they want.
“In addition to online orders, our store and wholesale businesses have really taken off,” said Oh My Glasses CEO Mr. Kiyokawa. “By the first half of 2014, we urgently needed to rebuild our mission-critical systems to support the diversification of our sales channels. Our next-generation business model integrated our sales and distribution channels across our online sites and brick-and-mortar stores so that any individual product can be purchased from any sales channel at the same price. We concluded that NetSuite had the only real-time cloud platform that could help us achieve our omnichannel commerce objectives.”
